showcasing local farmers, artisans, breads and organic wines. Chef Hagop will demonstration
cooking methods that you can use to bring out the bold vibrant flavors of the fruits and
vegetables grown in your own gardens. Grilling demonstrations and other summer tips will also
    take place.
Chef Hagop Hagopian’s FRESH 1800 restaurant in the Hyatt Regency Woodfield-Schaumburg avoids unnecessary
pollutants caused by fertilizers and pesticides by incorporating locally grown foods and farm-raised animals in the
menus. Chef Hagop believes that sustainable agricultural methods not only protect our Earth but also promote a
healthy diet and lifestyle.   Chef Hagop states “ Our foods are well disciplined and elegantly presented, using local
ingredients whenever possible”. He welcomes guests and visitors to browse through his own on-site garden where
regular cooking demonstrations also take place.
Recognized as a leading chef by the Les Amis Escoffier Committee, “Chef Hagop Hagopian’s style highlights our
commitment to protecting our Earth and the health of people.  His dedication to his garden and to his guests
exemplifies the way our staff has embraced our earth friendly philosophies and practices,” said Jim Gould Regional
    General Manager Hyatt Regency Woodfield-Schaumburg.
