10:00 am - 3:00pm This summer, The Hyatt Regency Woodfield-Schaumburg will host three Farmers Markets, showcasing local farmers, artisans, breads and organic wines. Chef Hagop will demonstration cooking methods that you can use to bring out the bold vibrant flavors of the fruits and vegetables grown in your own gardens. Grilling demonstrations and other summer tips will also take place. Chef Hagop Hagopian’s FRESH 1800 restaurant in the Hyatt Regency Woodfield-Schaumburg avoids unnecessary pollutants caused by fertilizers and pesticides by incorporating locally grown foods and farm-raised animals in the menus. Chef Hagop believes that sustainable agricultural methods not only protect our Earth but also promote a healthy diet and lifestyle.
